Once you've decided to go with us, we'll email you an agreement that you can digitally sign on any computer or mobile device.
This agreement also contains a debit/credit card authorization for billing, this will lock in your move dates and ensure that we are legally able to perform the agreed upon services.
Our professional trained movers will show up on the scheduled move date, protect all door jambs + railings with padding, pad all furniture and then our movers will load all of your household goods into the truck.

AllardSend implements a direct value protection program: in that unlikely event that your shipment/move gets damaged during transit we pay you up to your covered value and terms, it's that simple.
Every shipment/move includes a free standard $0.60 per pound insurance.
Example: Your 600lb piano get's damaged during transit, our free coverage covers that piano for $360 in damages on that piano.
Per-pound coverage does is not calculated by the weight of the entire move or shipment, only on an item by item basis.
