Awesome customer service, awesome movers, awesome company period! I was in a pinch when I booked my move, and Brett at the home office was able to get me service on the exact day that I needed it on relatively short notice. The team they sent, Devonte and Kel, were everything you could want in movers: professional, expedient, thorough, and great attitudes to boot!

They did a phenomenal job moving my furniture from my grandmothers house to a friends basement. When I got the bill I was pleasantly surprised, not only was it was dead on for the quote I was given, it was by far the most affordable quote I had received when calling around to book the move. I have used Furniture Taxi twice now and am securing them for a third move this week. They are extremely professional, quick, and provide a great service. If issues do arise, they take care of them quickly to ensure that the customer is taken care of with no questions asked. As a single mom, I am very cautious to not be taken advantage of in situations like working with moving companies, and I can easily say these guys take great care of me and my daughter. We found out about 6 days before our move that we were moving, Aaron worked with us so quickly to get us in his schedule and worked with us for the time and squeezed us in last minute. He was so quick to respond and help us with our every need. Moving day came and the team came in packed and moved quickly in the snow lol Micah was super professional and helped us with everything! I had to move out of a commercial retail space with oversized fixtures and a Commercial 3 door freezer which needed a liftgate. Atlanta Furniture Taxi arrived on time, wrapped, moved and delivered in the time they quoted. I was most concerned about the freezer due to its size and weight. No issues. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are great! They went above and beyond the idea of good movers. I say this because they worked through the pouring down rain without missing a beat. Thank goodness they offered floor protection for the hardwood floors and the carpet. The carpet stuff we purchased but it was well worth it. If I ever have to move again I will certainly call them. This moving company is spectacular. They were great with my 7 foot grand piano. They were very careful with everything that they moved for me in a timely fashion. All the workers were complete gentlemen. Aaron the owner of the company is a great man to work for and cares about his employees. I had the pleasure of having a few scratches to my furniture repaired today. The individual that camp to do the repair was wonderful. I am a perfectionist so it could have been a very difficult task for the repairman. Furniture Taxi's repairman can into the house took an assessment of what needed to be repaired along with his boss via FaceTime which impressed me.

After analyzing the best approach to repairing the furniture, the repairman started to confidently do his job. The furniture taxi was a terrific moving experience for me. I thought my move was going to be an all-day affair, past my contract, but the gentlemen they sent made swift work of all my stuff and were finished within the window i'd requested. The Furniture Taxi is AMAZING! We moved from a 4 bedroom house to another 4 bedroom house so it was a large move. Joe and his crew were beyond courteous and friendly. They were very professional and caring. We HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Joe's crew. Milan and McKenna were super helpful in setting up the move and making sure everything was on track.

Very reasonable prices. I am happy to report that the only marks left by them to even show they were here were 3 smudge marks on the stairway wall which easily came off. The Furniture Taxi did an excellent job with my two bedroom apartment move. They showed up on-time were very professional and immediately got straight to work. Awesome to work with. By far most detailed & efficient moving company I've worked with in Atlanta and I've worked with at least 2-3 of the bigger names around town. They arrived early, wrapped everything and were super careful. I was only having them move a couch and two sets of chairs, but they do it all. There is a 2-hour minimum but given I was moving nice free furniture it was worth the cost. I'd 100% hire them in the future and recommend for an easy move.

Atlanta Furniture Taxi was great! They worked very quickly, but carefully. They took time to wrap every piece of furniture and carefully placed each piece in the truck and back where we requested in our new home. They completed the job quicker than expected and only charged us for the time that they were working. The movers were courteous and professional. We will definitely recommend Atlanta Furniture Taxi to friends and family and will only use their services if/when we are in need of movers in the future.

The Furniture Taxi guys were amazing. I was in a bind and needed some movers in a short notice. Aaron sent two very dedicated, hard workers to move very heavy furniture for me. The two men that moved my furniture were very polite and helpful. They took the time to figure out the best way my furniture would fit in the room rather than just throwing it in there.

Because my two young children were sleeping, they were respectful to stay quiet as they moved the furniture. Their professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding. I will never use another moving company again, and will always recommend this company to anyone who needs movers!
