The two fellas did a nice job in a less than ideal situation. Turns out the bed I purchased did not come with any of the hardware. They worked with me to determine the exact size of bolts and washers and pulled screws off the previous bed to use on the slats. They could have left me high and dry but, instead helped problem solve. They were sent a text 1 hour prior to delivery and were right on time.
An overall low stress move! We had Beeline move a Restoration Hardware fire pit from the San Diego outlet to our house in North Orange County. The guys showed up when they said they would and moved it into our backyard without any problems. This piece of furniture weighs 625 pounds. I wasn't sure how they were going to do it with just 2 guys but they are professionals.
The truck had a lift gate and they had it loaded onto a dolly. It was also wrapped for protection during the move. They wheeled it into the backyard and then used lifting straps to maneuver it into place. I was very impressed.
