Valued movers will come to your apartment for FREE to let you know how many movers you need and how long they expect it to take. They provide a quote and if they go over, you dont pay any extra!. I appreciated how quickly they responded to my initial quote request and answered any questions I had. I was a little nervous booking our move online, but I did get a confirmation from someone that they had received the request.
And I did get a follow up the day before as well. The day of the move, I get a text letting me know their arrival ETA and the main guy of our moving team explained all the terms and conditions before they got going. As previous people have stated, they are very careful and quick. We had 3 people move our 900 sq foot 2 bedroom house. I never saw anyone just standing around.
All the guys hustled doing their job and kept moving until we were done. My husband and I laughed as they wrapped our IKEA coffee table up as if it was a baby, we had debated moving ourselves and would have let the moving gods decide what of our furnishings made it to the new place.
