Services
Just prior to WW1, our company founder, J.S. Cameron (Great Grandfather of company president, Brian Bosson) operated South Knoxville Transfer located just south of downtown Knoxville, TN at the end of the present Henley Street bridge over the Tennessee River.
Wagon and mule team provided power for whatever needed moving.
Depending on the season, Cameron's wagon was used "on demand" for hauling ice in the summer, coal in the winter, and furniture, grain and feed year round.
He was a horseman and broke in wild horses shipped from the west for customers when his drayage business was slow and later invested in one of the first chain-drive trucks in the area.
